Exhibitor Packing Checklist
- White Tent (ideally with sides to close at night)
- Tent Weights (no stakes per City of Westerville)
- Dolly/hand truck/wagon
- Table(s) & Chair(s)
- Items for to display your items/hardware
- A friend/family member/helper. We do have volunteers to assist with set up and to watch your booth for periods of time (restroom/meal break) but having an extra set of hands is helpful!
- Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Hat
- Water and lots of it! It is usually warm in July, and staying hydrated is important! Many of our food vendors provide beverages, but it is always a good idea to have plenty of water. We would suggest a gallon jug of water
- Snacks. We have 20+ food vendors on site but is it a good idea to have some snacks for quick energy.
- Supply/Tool Bag. You never know what you might need (pens, duct tape, stapler, rubber bands, band-aid, Ibuprofen, scissors, etc)
- Card Reader/Cash
- Cell phone charger (ideally one that is battery charged, as there are very few places to plug in)
- Reusable or Plastic Bags, to provide to customers that do not have their own bag
- Promotional Materials for your business

Stop by the first floor of the barn to browse and bid on artwork generously donated by our artists! Proceeds help cover the costs of the festival.
