Janet Tressler-Davis, CCE, IOM
Janet Tressler-Davis is President and CEO of the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce. Through her transformative leadership, clear vision, and infinite work ethic, Janet has built the Chamber into one of the region's most valuable resources for small businesses as well as one of the nation's leading professional organizations.
Janet completed the U.S. Chamber Institute of Organizational Management program at the University of Notre Dame and is recognized as a Certified Chamber Executive by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Ohio. In addition, Janet has been named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International and has been featured in various publications, speaking engagements, and high-profile events. She is also a graduate of Westerville's Otterbein University.
A lifetime resident of Westerville, Janet's community involvement roots come from her mother, who was highly involved in the Westerville Garden Club and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. An attourney by trade, Janet's father served as the Mayor of Weserville for 13 years during his 22 years on Westerville City Council. Through the outstanding work of multiple generations, the Tressler-Davis legacy continues to grow in the City of Westerville.

In addition to her work at the Chamber, Janet enjoys teaching group fitness classes at a local fitness club. She has been actively teaching group fitness for over 30 years.
Matt joined the Chamber team in July 2012. He is responsible for overseeing and leading the planning of the Annual Dinner, Business After Hours, Evening of Elegance Auction, Golf Outing, Meeting of the Minds, Women in Business and other smaller Chamber related events.
Before joining the Chamber team he worked in a diverse range of fields with organizations such as the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, Ron Foth Advertising, St. Ambrose Catholic Church and the United States Coast Guard. He served on the planning committees for the Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast for Westerville, the W.A.R.M. sponsored Great Westerville Food Truck Festival and volunteers with St. Matthew The Apostle's youth ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Otterbein University.
Mashawn joined the Chamber team in May 2011. She is responsible for office accounting, assisting with the Board of Trustees, membership, office maintenance, and various parts of Chamber events.
Mashawn is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in accounting, later becoming a CPA. Mashawn also worked in the banking industry.
In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and two girls.
Coordinator of Communications and the Music & Arts Festival
Malcolm joined the Chamber team in 2015. As Coordinator of Communications and the Music & Arts Festival, Malcolm designs and produces a wide range of Chamber communications and marketing initiatives, including social media, web presence and publications. In addition, Malcolm coordinates the production of the annual Westerville Music & Arts Festival, along with other select Chamber events.
Malcolm brings an extensive background in corporate and non-profit communications and public relations to his position with the Chamber. Prior to joining the team, Malcolm oversaw multiple communications campaigns for premier clients in the public and private sectors across the country. His expertise includes branding, event coordination, integrated marketing and content development.
Malcolm lives with his wife, Heather, in Westerville. Both of them moved to Westerville in 2015 from New York to be closer to family and friends.
Amanda is the first person you see when walking into the office. Her responsibilities include answering the phone, processing the mail and payments, working with the Ambassadors Committee, scheduling and organizing new member orientations, maintaining office collateral, and assisting as needed with Chamber events.
Amanda is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Communications. She has worked in her field for several organizations including an online events company and a large direct sales company.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys completing many Pinterest projects involving cooking and crocheting.
